Disney's Magical Express Transportation was a free roundtrip airport transportation and luggage delivery for guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Disney's Magical Express will transport you from Orlando International Airport to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, and deliver your bags to your room.
Disney’s Magical Express was discontinued as of January 1, 2022
Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. Mears Connect is offering alternative transportation from Orlando International Airport to your Disney World area hotels
Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center located on the B-side in the Main Terminal Building, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) , at Commercial Lane spaces B42-B47
Disney's Magical Express service will collect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within 3 hours after you check in at the resort.
The approximate travel time from the Orlando International Airport to your resort is 45-75 minutes. The motor coaches may make up to three (3) stops before arriving at your Resort hotel.
Note: Disney's Magical Express is available to all Guests staying at Disney Resorts with the exception of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel and the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels.
Disney’s Magical Express service no longer provides luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport. Resort Airline Check-In Service is also no longer available.
Guests who choose to use Disney’s Magical Express service are responsible for picking up any of their checked luggage from the airport’s baggage claim area, so that it can be loaded onto the motorcoach to their Disney Resort hotel.
Disney’s Magical Express service is located at the Main Terminal Building in Terminal B, Level 1 in the Ground Transportation area.
Take the train from your arrival gate to the Main Terminal, disembarking on Level 3. You will need to claim your luggage on Level 2 before proceeding to Disney’s Magical Express service, located in the Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1.
Guests claiming their luggage in Terminal A of the airport must return to Level 3 to cross to Terminal B before continuing to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney's Magical Express service, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.
Upon exiting your aircraft, enter the U.S. Immigration checkpoint. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the Customs checkpoint. When exiting the Customs area, keep your checked bags with you to travel on the motorcoach.
Take the train to the Main Terminal Building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney's Magical Express service is located in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before proceeding down to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney’s Magical Express service, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.
Please know that your luggage will travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel.
